Today, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration list of recalls is shorter than usual.  Be this as it may the safety issues are just as serious as those on lengthy recall lists.

This week issues include fuel leaks, brake problems, transmission hardware issues, air bag troubles, missing driveline hardware and more.

Good morning.  Today is President's Day and many government services are shut down or limited duty.  Despite this the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued their list of recalls.

This week you will find several recreational vehicles made the list and that's good because RV travel season is soon.  Recall repairs will make for safer road trips this coming season.

On the list are fuel leaks, air bag troubles, brake system faults,  loose suspension fasteners, loose driveline fasteners and much more.

Good morning.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued their list of safety recalls.  It's nothing short of amazing that after building engine and electric powered vehicles for over 100 years that the human factor continues to create imperfect machines.

This week there are poor welds in seats.  Air bag troubles continue.  Wheels might fall off.  There are brake system problems.  Parts are missing in some vehicles.  Fuel leaks trouble some vehicles and there is much more.
