The folks at NHTSA were very busy with new recalls. Nothing was posted yesterday but today there are seven safety related recalls that might cause a crash. Obviously, due to the complexity of vehicles even after all these years of experience making cars, trucks and motorcycles, perfection eludes the industry.
If your vehicle is affected by a recall you should receive notification from the manufacturer. If you think your vehicle is recalled, please use the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration link above to do a recall search. It's easy. Also, please do not hesitate to call your manufacturer or contact your selling dealer service department if you have any questions regarding recalls. Additionally, as a service many independent repair shops will check for recalls and technical service bulletins that pertain to your vehicle while it is in their shop.
