If you are the proud owner of a Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Dodge Magnum, or Chrysler 300C you may have experienced delayed starter engagement up to five seconds after you turn the key to start. This may not occur each time you turn the key.
If this trouble is something you are experiencing once in a while, the repair might be to update the powertrain control module software. Vehicles affected are model years 2005 to 2006 with 2.7 or 3.5-liter engines.
